## About the Role Apprentice – Software Developer (12‑month duration) with a monthly stipend of 25,000 INR. The position starts at the IDC Office in Bellandur and will transition to the Whitefield location by year‑end. It is a full‑time, temporary/contractual role with a 5‑day office work schedule. ## What You'll Do - Develop software using VC++/C++ and C# (including Visual Basic 6.0). - Apply object‑oriented programming (OOP) concepts to design and implement features. - Participate in scrum ceremonies, supporting roles such as scrum master and proxy product owner. - Collaborate with cross‑functional, multi‑site teams to deliver quality solutions. - Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, with coworkers and stakeholders. ## Required Qualifications - Good programming knowledge in VC++/C++ and C#. - Familiarity with Visual Basic 6.0 and OOP concepts. - Self‑starter attitude with a sense of urgency to resolve issues. - Strong teamwork, communication, and work‑ethic skills. ## Benefits - Cab facility and lunch provided. - Stipend of 25k INR per month. - Opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a professional software development environment. - Exposure to agile/scrum practices and cross‑functional collaboration.
