## About the Role Intelliforce is looking for an early‑career Junior Software Engineer to support Analytical Application Integration. You will help sustain software, maintain system interoperability, support testing, and assist with secure deployment activities in a mission‑critical environment. This position offers exposure to how mission applications connect across upstream and downstream systems and how software is modernized over time. ## What You’ll Do - Support software engineering, systems engineering, Information Assurance, and testing activities. - Help sustain existing applications and integrated mission capabilities. - Assist with build, integration, testing, and deployment of software. - Work with engineers and external mission partners to maintain standards, policy compliance, and interoperability. - Review and test software components against documented requirements and troubleshoot system interfaces. ## Minimum Qualifications - Active Top Secret clearance with Full‑Scope Polygraph. - U.S. citizenship (no visa sponsorship). - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or 4 years relevant experience as a substitute). - Ability to analyze requirements, design/modify code, debug, and develop simple data queries. - Strong problem‑solving, analytical, written and verbal communication skills. ## Desired Skills & Interests - Interest in software and systems integration, testing, and secure deployment. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts and Information Assurance. - Exposure to system troubleshooting, operational support, and working with mission partners. ## Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: $101,000 – $129,000 per year (converted to INR ≈ 83.8 LPA – 107.1 LPA). - Ample PTO, federal holidays, birthday off. - Multiple medical plans, generous 401(k) with immediate vesting. - Bonus opportunities, profit sharing, and recognition programs. - Collaborative, people‑first culture with regular team activities.
