## About the Role We are seeking a motivated .NET Developer to join our software development team in Dallas. This position is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience who have a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies. ## What You'll Do - Develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and the .NET framework. - Build web applications with ASP.NET and related frameworks. - Design and integrate RESTful APIs. - Write SQL queries and work with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server. - Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, code reviews, and software testing. - Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders. - Assist with deployment, maintenance, and technical documentation. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. - 0–3 years of software development experience (fresh graduates welcome). - Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and software development fundamentals. - Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL, and REST APIs. - Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. ## Preferred Skills & Benefits - Experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React.js or Angular. - Familiarity with Azure, Docker, GitHub/Azure DevOps, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Soft skills: teamwork, attention to detail, time management, adaptability, willingness to learn. - Benefits include medical insurance.
