## About the Role Be an early applicant and join KlassWAY as a Robotics Trainer Intern. You will deliver hands‑on STEM training to school students, covering robotics, coding, and AI fundamentals through project‑based learning. ## What You'll Do - Conduct robotics and coding sessions for various age groups, adapting content to skill levels. - Work directly with hardware such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, microcontrollers, and 3D‑printed components. - Design curriculum modules, lesson plans, sample code, and circuit designs. - Assemble and prototype embedded electronics, IoT projects, and perform PCB soldering. - Travel within Lucknow to partner schools for on‑site workshops and manage lab inventory. - Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and stay updated on emerging robotics/AI teaching tools. ## Required Qualifications & Skills - Proficiency with **Arduino**, **Python**, **Robotics**, **Machine Learning**, **Embedded Systems**, **C Programming**, **PCB Soldering**, and **Artificial Intelligence**. - Strong English communication skills (spoken). - Currently pursuing or completed a Diploma/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/M.Tech in EC/EE/CS. - Passion for teaching, problem‑solving, and mentoring young learners. ## Perks & Benefits - Certificate and letter of recommendation. - Flexible work hours and informal dress code. - Potential full‑time job offer after successful conversion, with an annual salary ranging from ₹240,000 to ₹400,000. - Hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge robotics and AI tools.
