## About the role Quality Services (QS) at Amazon provides testing support for Devices, Retail and AWS products. The QS organization focuses on manual testing to ensure product quality. As an Associate in Quality Services for Auto Software (Smart Vehicles), you will be part of the team that validates the functionality and reliability of Amazon’s smart‑vehicle software. ## What you'll do - Gain an understanding of application test procedures and learn to use the associated software and tools. - Execute documented test instructions, record results accurately, and report any deviations promptly. - Follow defined processes, adapt to changes in test instructions, and work shift timings as required by business needs. - Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to ensure testing targets are met on a daily basis. ## Required qualifications **Basic qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree. - Knowledge of QA methodology and tools. **Preferred qualifications** - Experience with testing consumer devices. ## Benefits Amazon offers an inclusive culture that empowers employees to deliver the best results for customers.
