## About the Role We are seeking a passionate Software Engineer with strong backend development, micro‑services, DevOps, and Cloud Engineering expertise. This role focuses on building, automating, deploying, and operating scalable cloud‑native applications and infrastructure while ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency. ## What You'll Do - Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and automated release strategies (Blue‑Green, Canary, Rolling Deployments). - Architect, deploy, and manage highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS, including backup, disaster‑recovery, and automation solutions. - Build, deploy, and troubleshoot containerised applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, ensuring reliable platform operations and networking performance. - Develop automation tools, APIs, operational utilities, and deployment scripts in Python, integrating cloud services, CI/CD platforms, and observability solutions. - Implement and manage monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and security controls with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, and CloudWatch, supporting incident response and continuous reliability improvements. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3‑7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering. - Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Python; solid understanding of Linux, networking, micro‑services, and cloud‑native architectures. - Experience designing and supporting scalable, highly available production systems and monitoring/observability solutions. - Familiarity with SRE, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, distributed systems, API gateways, event‑driven architectures, and security‑integrated deployment pipelines. - Exposure to technologies such as FastAPI, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, AI/ML platforms, or MLOps is a plus. ## Benefits - Competitive annual compensation package with base salary, allowances, and performance incentives. - Health & insurance coverage including medical, group term life, and accident insurance. - Additional allowances (transportation, internet, shift) and generous paid time off. - Career growth opportunities working with cutting‑edge AI/ML, Generative AI, and MLOps technologies. - Hybrid working model supporting flexibility and work‑life balance. - Inclusive, diverse culture with strong focus on sustainability and employee development.
