## About the Role We are looking for a motivated and analytical Strategy Associate – International to join FRND’s dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high‑impact projects and strategic initiatives that shape the future of our organization across multiple geographies. ## Responsibilities - Own strategic initiatives from inception to execution, collaborating cross‑functionally with product, growth, and operations teams. - Utilise **SQL** to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets for deeper business insight. - Conduct in‑depth analyses of market trends, competitor landscapes, and internal performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. - Analyse user behaviour, engagement metrics, and business performance across international markets to drive scalable growth. - Evaluate international market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision‑making and localisation strategies. ## Requirements - **1.5‑3 years** of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, or a similar fast‑paced role. - Strong academic background from a Tier‑1 institution (e.g., IIT, BITS, IIM). - Experience with growth, expansion, or strategic initiatives for consumer internet, social, gaming, marketplace, or tech products. - Proven ability to generate strategy‑driving insights and translate them into actionable recommendations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building cross‑functional alignment. - Proficiency in **SQL** and other data manipulation tools; familiarity with international expansion and go‑to‑market planning is a plus. ## About FRND FRND is redefining how people connect by building a safe, inclusive, and fun social platform.
