## Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Android Engineer to build and maintain large‑scale, multi‑module Android applications. The role focuses on modern Android development, complex build systems, and AI integration, requiring expertise in scalable Gradle architectures, performance optimization, and Jetpack Compose UI. ## Key Responsibilities - Design scalable Gradle architectures for multi‑module projects and optimize build performance. - Develop high‑performance Jetpack Compose interfaces and apply maintainable architectural patterns across feature teams. - Implement robust Firebase Crash Reporting, diagnose memory issues, and perform memory profiling and performance tuning. - Integrate LLM APIs and work with Model Context Protocol (MCP) frameworks, handling token management, context handling, and multi‑agent orchestration in production. ## Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience building large‑scale Android applications. - Strong expertise in at least two of the following: Kotlin Coroutines & Flow, Data Store & Room, OkHttp & Protocol Buffers, Work Manager. - Hands‑on experience with memory profiling, Firebase crash analysis, and performance optimization. - Knowledge of token management, context handling, and AI‑driven workflows. ## Preferred Skills - Active GitHub portfolio with multiple Android projects showcasing strong architecture. - Open‑source contributions, technical writing, and experience shipping AI‑powered features. - Familiarity with LLM platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, or MCP tool servers. - Ability to balance architectural thinking with practical delivery in complex modular systems.
