## About the Role We are seeking a seasoned **.NET + Python Backend Developer** with over 5 years of engineering experience to join our core backend team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high‑performance server‑side systems that power the StarZen digital ecosystem, bridging enterprise‑grade .NET architecture with agile Python automation and AI workflows. ## Core Responsibilities - **Backend Development:** Build efficient, reusable services using .NET/C# and Python frameworks. - **API Architecture:** Design and optimize high‑throughput RESTful APIs for seamless integration. - **Database Management:** Write complex queries, optimize stored procedures, and manage schemas in SQL Server and PostgreSQL. - **Automation & Scripting:** Create Python scripts and data pipelines to accelerate delivery. - **AI/ML Integration:** Incorporate AI/ML components into production back‑ends. - **Code Quality & Maintenance:** Apply cybersecurity best practices, identify bottlenecks, and debug system issues. - **Collaboration:** Work with cross‑functional teams in India and Qatar to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. ## Required Technical Skills & Experience - Minimum **5 years** of dedicated backend development experience. - Advanced hands‑on experience with **ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#**. - Strong proficiency in **Python** for backend integration and automation. - Expertise with **Entity Framework** or equivalent ORMs. - Deep knowledge of **SQL Server** and **PostgreSQL**. - Proven experience building and managing secure **RESTful APIs**. - Familiarity with **AI/ML integrations** in production environments. ## Hiring Process 1. **Round 1:** Technical screening focusing on .NET and Python competencies. 2. **Round 2:** Advanced technical interview covering system architecture, databases, and problem‑solving. 3. **Round 3:** Techno‑managerial and culture‑fit interview. ## What We Offer - Competitive compensation with up to **30% hike** on current CTC or a match to existing offers. - A dynamic, collaborative culture emphasizing trust, innovation, continuous learning, and technical ownership. - Opportunity to build enterprise‑grade software for a leading technology and telecom market in the Middle East.
