## About the Role Sprinklr is the definitive AI‑native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management. The company is looking for interns who can develop massively scalable, distributed software systems and apply strong data‑structures and algorithm skills. This internship offers the chance to work on end‑to‑end product life cycles, from research to implementation, within a fast‑paced, young team. ## What You'll Do - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to technology, algorithms, and products. - Build reusable code and libraries for future use, tackling difficult problems and delivering results on schedule. - Work on emerging business requirements, writing clean, production‑grade code. - Collaborate with teammates, both independently and in groups, to create minimum viable products quickly. ## Required Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (2028 pass‑outs from IITs/NITs are preferred). - Strong programming fundamentals with proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and AI/ML technologies.\n- Ability to work on full‑stack projects and develop scalable, distributed systems. - Intellectual curiosity, a sense of urgency, and ownership over the product. - Good attitude, teamwork skills, and comfort in ambiguous environments. ## Why Sprinklr (Benefits) Sprinklr offers a culture focused on belonging, continuous learning, and wellbeing, including health plans, meditation breaks, virtual fitness, and access to Headspace.
