## About the role H.E. Services India operates a vibrant tech centre in Hyderabad, supporting Holman Automotive – a leading U.S. fleet management and automotive services company. The team focuses on building innovative, data‑driven solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience across a range of automotive and logistics services. ## What you'll do - Develop applications, components, and services using C#.NET and ASP.NET to meet business needs. - Collaborate with project managers and architects on application design and development. - Evaluate business requirements and provide accurate effort estimates. - Write code following technical specifications and standards, and create unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses. - Investigate, analyse, and document reported defects. - Guide less‑senior team members on technical and people‑skills aspects. - Recommend new tools, technologies, and development approaches. ## Required qualifications - BS/BA in Computer Science or Information Systems (preferred). - 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience with C#.NET (4.0/4.5), ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, React, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Strong SQL skills; Oracle experience is a plus. - Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. - .NET certification is recommended. ## Benefits - Opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technologies for a global automotive leader. - Exposure to a diverse set of business domains within the automotive and logistics sector. - Professional growth through mentorship of junior developers and access to training resources. - Competitive compensation and a collaborative onsite work environment.
