## About the role Internmo is running an open‑collaboration internship program for aspiring full‑stack developers. The program is designed for self‑taught learners, boot‑camp graduates, students, or career‑switchers who want hands‑on experience building complete web applications. ## What you'll do - **Build web applications** – develop responsive front‑ends and robust back‑ends using modern technologies. - **Frontend** – create UI with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as React.js. - **Backend** – implement server‑side logic and APIs with Node.js, Python, Java or PHP. - **Database work** – design schemas, write queries and work with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. - **API integration** – build and consume RESTful services. - **Debug & optimise** – troubleshoot bugs, improve performance, security and scalability. - **Collaborate** – use Git/GitHub for version control, code reviews and teamwork. ## Required qualifications - Passion for full‑stack development and a willingness to learn. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. - Familiarity with either frontend or backend concepts. - Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Bonus: hands‑on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Python/Django, Java, REST APIs, Git, GitHub or cloud deployment. ## Benefits - **Remote & flexible** – work from anywhere on a schedule that suits you. - **Real portfolio projects** – build end‑to‑end applications to showcase to employers. - **Mentorship** – receive guidance and feedback from experienced developers. - **Certificate & recommendation** – earn a completion certificate and a strong letter of recommendation. - **Stipend** – up to ₹10,000 (performance‑based).
