## About the Program At Internmo, we’re doing things differently. This isn’t a traditional job or a standard internship—it’s an open collaboration program designed for aspiring backend developers to gain hands‑on, real‑world experience. Whether you’re self‑taught, a boot‑camp graduate, a student, or transitioning careers, you’ll write production code, build a portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team. ## What You’ll Do - **Build APIs & Architecture:** Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and server‑side logic to power web applications. - **Manage Databases:** Set up and manage relational (SQL) or non‑relational (NoSQL) databases, write efficient queries, and ensure data security and integrity. - **Debug & Optimize:** Troubleshoot server‑side issues, fix bugs, and optimise performance and scalability. - **Collaborate on Code:** Use Git and GitHub for version control, push backend updates, and participate in code reviews. ## Who You Are - Passionate about backend development and eager to learn (no specific CS degree required). - Solid grasp of at least one server‑side language such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP. - Familiar with basics of SQL or NoSQL databases. - Bonus: experience with frameworks like Express, Django, or Spring Boot, API testing tools like Postman, and basic cloud deployment. - Curious, driven, and comfortable asking questions. ## What You Get - **Remote & Flexible:** Contribute from anywhere on a schedule that works for you. - **Real Portfolio Projects:** Leave with functional APIs, well‑structured database schemas, and scalable backend systems. - **Direct Mentorship:** Receive code reviews, architectural feedback, and guidance from the core development team. - **Proof of Impact:** Certificate of completion and a strong letter of recommendation for active contributors. ## Application Details - **Duration:** Up to 6 months - **Stipend:** Up to ₹10,000 (performance‑based) - **Application Deadline:** 24th September - **Batch Start Date:** 25th September - To apply, fill the form and join the WhatsApp community for the joining process.
