## About the Role We are looking for a motivated QA Engineer to join the Delivery QA team at Radancy’s Bengaluru Global Delivery Center. The role focuses on validating client implementations built on the Radancy platform throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring functionality, design, and accessibility meet the required standards. ## Key Responsibilities - Perform QA validation across all phases – preview, soft launch, production launch, defect retesting, maintenance, and regression testing. - Conduct functional, visual, responsive, cross‑browser, and accessibility testing using tools such as Axe DevTools, WAVE, Lighthouse, and manual keyboard/screen‑reader checks. - Validate CMS content, configuration, and multilingual copy, and document defects clearly in BugHerd. - Collaborate with DPM, Development, and Implementation teams to clarify issues, raise missing requirements, and manage testing priorities across multiple concurrent projects. - Contribute to QA process improvements, identify automation opportunities, and share knowledge within the team. ## Required Qualifications - 2+ years of hands‑on software quality assurance/testing experience. - Strong manual testing experience of web applications, including functional, visual, responsive, and cross‑browser testing. - Proficiency with defect‑management tools (e.g., BugHerd) and a solid eye for detail. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and communicate risks and blockers proactively. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience testing client‑facing websites, accessibility testing (Axe DevTools, WAVE, Lighthouse, NVDA), and CMS platforms. - Familiarity with BrowserStack or similar cross‑browser/device testing tools. - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and exposure to automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress. ## Benefits & Culture Radancy promotes an innovative spirit, rewarding impact, performance‑driven results, and supportive teamwork.
