## About the role Trigent Software is looking for a Data Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure data quality across AI applications. The role embeds quality early in the data‑science lifecycle, from design through development, and works closely with geographically distributed teams to identify gaps and drive process improvements. ## Responsibilities - Take shared responsibility for dataset and model‑training quality, executing verification testing and risk identification. - Design, develop, and maintain test scripts for LLMs, engineered prompts, hallucination detection, data drift, bias direction, data‑distribution testing, and functional testing. - Assist in generating golden test datasets and evolve quality standards, metrics, and best‑practice documentation. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations, communicating findings and recommendations. - Follow established programming best practices and design patterns. ## Requirements - Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test‑case creation, and edge‑case handling. - Good knowledge of data‑science principles and coding fundamentals. - Experience with Python testing frameworks and hands‑on programming. - Familiarity with API, UI, and backend testing. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure DevOps. - Ability to work in an Agile environment and apply DevOps principles. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Desirable: AI testing experience, LLM evaluation, and experience with retriggering constraints of LLM models. ## Benefits - Opportunity to work on cutting‑edge AI and LLM projects. - Exposure to a global client base across technology, banking, and insurance sectors. - Collaborative, multi‑location team environment fostering professional growth.
