## About the role UM IT PRIVATE LIMITED is offering a structured Career Launch Internship Program that gives students practical exposure to full‑stack web development and modern software technologies. The three‑month, full‑time internship is performance‑based and designed to help you build real‑world technical skills through hands‑on projects, mentorship, and industry‑oriented learning. ## What you'll do - Assist in developing responsive and interactive web applications. - Build frontend components and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Develop and maintain backend functionality and server‑side logic. - Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data. - Integrate and test APIs and third‑party services. - Debug and resolve both frontend and backend issues. - Test applications for functionality, performance, and usability. - Collaborate with team members on full‑stack development projects and maintain clean, reusable code. ## Required qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with frontend or backend development concepts and basic understanding of databases and APIs. - Preferred: familiarity with Git/GitHub. - Good problem‑solving, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills. ## Benefits - Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation based on performance. - Performance‑based stipend up to ₹7,500/‑. - Swags and goodies. - Opportunity to work on real‑world full‑stack projects with mentorship and industry exposure. - Inclusive, equal‑opportunity work environment.
