## About the Role Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack. Integrate, build and deploy applications on AWS cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement scalable and reliable solutions. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front‑end and back‑end components while ensuring security, scalability, and performance. ## Responsibilities - Develop full‑stack features with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React.js (class & functional), Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. - Deploy and manage services on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, API Gateway, CloudFormation, etc.). - Use Git, webpack, Babel and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS CLI) to deliver code. - Optimize applications for performance, cost‑efficiency, and monitoring using logging and application‑monitoring tools. - Produce documentation, system diagrams, run‑books and knowledge‑sharing presentations. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - Minimum **3 years** of full‑stack (MERN) development experience. - Minimum **1 year** of hands‑on experience with AWS services. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL). - Experience with version control (Git) and build tools (webpack, Babel). - Familiarity with serverless architecture, micro‑services, and CI/CD practices. ## Desired Qualifications - Self‑disciplined, self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. - Passion for learning new technologies and cloud‑computing trends. - Experience with monitoring, automation, and scaling cloud‑based applications.
