## About the role MediNex Workforce is offering a Healthcare Data Analyst Internship for freshers and entry-level candidates interested in healthcare analytics, data quality, reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence. The internship provides practical exposure to working with structured healthcare-related datasets and operational information. Interns will support data preparation, analysis, visualization, reporting, and quality checks while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and data-handling practices. ## What you'll do - Collect, organize, and validate assigned healthcare-related datasets. - Clean and prepare data for analysis using Excel and other approved tools. - Write basic SQL queries to retrieve and analyze structured data. - Prepare recurring healthcare operations and performance reports. - Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI. - Identify trends, patterns, and data-quality issues, and perform basic data reconciliation checks. - Maintain clear documentation of analysis methods and findings while following data confidentiality procedures. ## Required qualifications - Freshers and recent graduates from Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related fields. - Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and basic SQL query writing. - Understanding of data cleaning, validation, charts, and data visualization. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. - Familiarity with Power BI, Python, or healthcare datasets is preferred. ## Benefits - Flexible internship duration with remote work mode. - Monthly stipend of ₹14,500 – ₹15,900/month. - Hands-on practical learning in healthcare data analytics workflows, dashboard development, and KPI tracking.
