The culture values curiosity, creativity, and technical excellence. ## Role Overview & Core Responsibilities As a C/C++ developer you will independently develop C/C++ programs on Unix/Windows environments from specifications and design documents. Responsibilities include creating program specs, writing test scenarios for verification & validation, following the SDLC process, and liaising with global stakeholders to clarify requirements. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills are essential. ## Required Qualifications * 0‑2 years of experience in C/C++ development * Proficiency in C/C++ programming on Unix/Windows * Good knowledge of Unix shell scripting * Strong oral and written communication skills * Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Maven, Harness is desirable * Knowledge of Python, R, Java or Ab‑Initio and the credit industry is a plus ## Benefits & Work Mode The role is a hybrid position, requiring on‑site presence at the Pune office for at least two days a week while allowing remote work for the remainder.
