## About the Role We are looking for a fresh graduate to join our software development team as a Software Engineer. This is an entry‑level position where you will get hands‑on experience building and maintaining applications while learning the latest technologies and frameworks. ## What You'll Do - Develop and maintain software applications using modern programming practices. - Write clean, efficient, and reusable code. - Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications to ensure quality. - Collaborate with team members in Agile sprints and participate in code reviews. - Continuously enhance your technical and problem‑solving skills. ## Preferred Candidate Profile - Recent graduate (2023‑2026 pass outs) with a degree in BE/BTech, MCA, MSc (CS/IT), BCA or BSc (CS/IT). - Strong programming fundamentals and problem‑solving abilities. - Good communication skills and a passion for learning new technologies. - Ability to work in a team‑oriented, Agile environment. ## About the Company Reactz Consulting is a software development firm based in JP Nagar, Bengaluru.
