## About the Role Microsoft AI is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of next‑generation agentic AI products. You will design generative experiences across search, chat, and other AI‑driven interfaces, turning cutting‑edge research into practical, user‑facing solutions. ## What You’ll Do - Define and deliver a strategic roadmap, identifying user workflows where AI adds clear value. - Translate model capabilities into product features, create MVPs, and iterate using data‑driven metrics. - Partner closely with applied science, engineering, design, and research teams to ship AI‑powered products at scale. - Drive growth initiatives, including distribution tactics, partnerships, and DAU‑focused strategies. - Represent Microsoft AI at industry events, evangelizing product benefits and fostering adoption. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree and **8+ years** of product, program, or software development experience (or equivalent). - Proven track record launching 0‑to‑1 consumer‑facing AI/ML products (3+ years). - Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. - Hands‑on experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, and experimentation tools. - Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. ## Benefits & Culture Microsoft offers a growth‑mindset culture focused on inclusion, respect, and accountability.
