## About the Role We are looking for an analytical and creative Performance Marketing Trainee to join our on‑site marketing team. This hands‑on role is designed for a candidate eager to transition from academic theory to real‑world execution, focusing on Meta Ads, Google PPC, and SEO. ## Key Responsibilities - **Campaign Management & Performance**: Assist in creating, executing, and managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max). Monitor daily metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and help with budget pacing. - **SEO & Content Optimization**: Perform on‑page and off‑page SEO audits, conduct keyword research, and optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking structures. - **Analytics & Reporting**: Use Google Analytics 4 and other web‑analytics tools to track traffic and campaign performance. Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights. - **Social Media & Communication**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging social media content aligned with paid campaigns and communicate results clearly to internal stakeholders. ## Qualifications & Skills - Strong understanding of **digital marketing** and **social media platforms**. - Experience (or academic exposure) with **Google Analytics**, **Google Search Console**, and other web‑analytics tools. - Familiarity with **PPC** concepts, display advertising, and **email marketing** principles. - Excellent written and verbal **communication** skills. - Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - **Plus**: Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google PPC, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), basic **HTML/CSS**, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). ## What We Offer - Full‑time, on‑site role with direct mentorship from senior performance marketers. - Opportunity to manage real ad spend and see the impact of your work. - Collaborative environment encouraging testing of new ideas. - Clear career growth path into a full‑time Performance Marketer position.
