## About the Role We are seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with deep expertise in automotive embedded systems. The candidate will design, develop, integrate, test, debug, and maintain embedded software modules for automotive applications, focusing on AUTOSAR, diagnostics, bootloader, and CAN/LIN communication. ## Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain CAN and LIN communication stacks using both AUTOSAR and non‑AUTOSAR architectures. - Implement robust embedded C software for automotive ECUs, including UDS diagnostic stacks (ISO 14229), DCM/DEM configuration, and bootloader development. - Design and configure CAN Network Management (CanNm) and software‑update‑over‑CAN solutions with cybersecurity safeguards. - Perform module design, unit testing, integration testing, defect fixing, and root‑cause analysis using advanced debugging tools. - Collaborate with cross‑functional hardware, validation, and integration teams while adhering to automotive quality standards. ## Required Skills & Experience - Strong programming experience in Embedded C. - Hands‑on experience with CAN, LIN, and Ethernet communication protocols. - In‑depth knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and development processes. - Expertise in UDS diagnostics (ISO 14229), DCM/DEM, and bootloader development. - Familiarity with automotive cybersecurity concepts and software update mechanisms. - Proficiency with debugging tools such as GHS Probe, Lauterbach/TRACE32, and Power Debug. - Experience with version‑control, requirement management, and defect‑tracking tools. ## Preferred Knowledge - Experience with automotive microcontroller families (Infineon AURIX, Traveo‑2, NXP, Renesas). - Understanding of peripheral drivers, interrupts, timers, and low‑level hardware‑software interaction. ## Benefits * Competitive compensation package (details not disclosed). * Opportunity to work on cutting‑edge automotive software projects. * Collaborative environment with cross‑functional teams. * Access to advanced debugging and development tools. * Professional growth in a fast‑moving automotive AI startup.
